JCI Regatta is ‘Sailing for Nets’

The JCI Regatta will take place between 3-7 September, 2011 in Croatia. During this international event 10 boats and their teams will sail to support JCI Nothing But Nets. All the revenues of this event will be doubled by Cordaid in order to hand out as many malaria nets in Africa as possible.

The teams of maximum 8 persons originate from different countries, among others the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey and the United Kingdom. There will also be a Dutch Senator boat with the incoming World President Bertolt Daems on board!

After three active sailing days will be decided which team will bring home the JCI Regatta Cup.

The JCI Regatta will bring you to the most beautiful blue waters and islands near Biograd in Croatia. Each sailing day will be ended with a social drink and a dinner ashore, each day at a different location on one of the many islands.

This event is all-inclusive, so the yacht, the champagne welcome night, drinks and food during the dinners and parties, the food on board is all included in the fee.

If you can’t sail yourself, no problem! You don’t need to be an experienced sailor. We have professional skippers to assist you.
