2010 JCI World Congress Report Every year, the JCI World Congress brings together JCI members and partners from across the globe to explore active citizenship through forums, programs and events. In Osaka, Japan, delegates participated in programs including the JCI Morning Show and Spotlight JCI and witnessed decisions guiding JCI into the future at the General Assemblies and Candidates Presentation and Caucus. The 2011 JCI Officers were elected, the 2010 Awards recipients were announced and celebrated and delegates learned what next year holds in the 2011 JCI Plan of Action.
